Hello, My name is Branden Schultz. I teach the K-4 grade Physical Education classes here at Loyola Catholic School. Along with teaching the Primary school, I also teach 9th Grade PE/Health and the Strength and Conditioning class. I grew up in Lake Crystal, Minnesota and went to school at Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial PreK through 12th grade I participated in Football, Wrestling, and Baseball until 9th grade; I then switched to Cross Country, Wrestling, and Track.

I went to college at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA. There, I double majored in Physical Education/Health as well as Human Performance, with a minor in Coaching. In college, I wrestled and did pole vaulting in Track. I graduated in the winter of 2014. To finish my Physical Education requirements, I student taught in the elementary school in Madelia, MN. My high school student teaching was completed in St. Clair, MN.

I have coached the Lake Crystal young girls softball team for about three years. Last winter, I helped coach wrestling with the St. Clair program. So, if you know of anyone interested in wrestling, send them my way! I also was the assistant coach for the St. Clair Track & Field team last spring.

I live just outside of Lake Crystal.

I am excited to begin this awesome journey of teaching as well as the experiences that I will encounter with the students and staff at Loyola.
