Mr. Kotila began teaching at Loyola Catholic School in the Fall of 2011. Before that he filled temporary positions at Detroit Lakes, Redwood Falls and Montgomery-Lonsdale. He is excited to work in a school where he can not only share his passion about music and students, but also openly share his faith!
Outside of school Mr. Kotila enjoys bowling, golfing, playing cards and board games as well as trying to keep up with new video games.

Attended: University of Minnesota Morris
Degree: B.A. in Instrumental Music Education and a minor in Mathematics
One of Mr. Kotila’s favorite verses is 1 Corinthians 10:31, “...whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
